From what I see, hailing the game to be one of the best game will be ever made and making it out like it's the end of the world when the game doesn't run well on stone age hardware and rage like 3 years old kids, how is that not over-hyping?

They sure did miss some of their promises but they deliver big time in the visual and immersion department.
And now all of those are ignored because it can't run well on consoles and old GPUs?

That's alot of expectation management problem to me ears, and that's not the first time the community fucked up with expectations
RDR2, Death Stranding and TLOU 2 are all from these few years and these titles practically went through the same route of lukewarm/bad reception then gets better as time goes.
That's expectation management.
Gamers don't know what they want, get hyped up by nonetheless evil marketing and start blowing their hype to another dimension when in fact the technology is simply not at reach.

Look at those ubisoft copy paste products.
They are way way worse than Cyberpunk yet no one bats an eye anymore cause they have a realistic expectations of what these things are.

That I would not defend yet anyone with last few gen consoles(PS3, X360) should know the performance of next gen games should tank like crazy 

Again, I haven't played Cyberpunk 2077 on any of the consoles
I did on lower end PCs(RTX2060), the performance was straight up acceptable and a sign that the game should be enjoyed on a PS5 or XSX instead

From my perspective, that's absolutely fine
The PCMR finally get a true next-gen-or-whatever-they-want-to-call-it game that can stretch the hardware to the limit, not again gimped by the stone age Jaguar CPU, GTX660/7850 and HDD even though costing 10-15 times more
(in case you don't know, the PS4's slow AF cpu and HDD are the reasons for most of the blurry af and not-loading textures bugs and memes on the internet)

IMO if 3080/90 also cant run it properly 4K60 full effect, how do PS4/XB1 run it.
CDPR should be transparent about it, either tell ( before launch ) about last gen console's bad performance, or straight away cancel last gen version. As they already delayed till new gen console launched, just abandon old gen console.

What if, last gen version never exist, they got more time and resources to focus on PC and next gen console, it might able to launch itself as the new 'Crysis'.

You should list the maximum GPU dimensions for your case. ITX case sizes for GPUs run the gamut from extra short 2-slots (K39) all the way to 3.5 slot beasts (NR200 can fit 3090 Aorus Extreme).

i would certainly advise against buying a 3060ti with the scalper prices but if u absolutely need one now i think you can look at asus dual/msi ventus 2x/zotac(dont buy non oc), all of them quite small and probably around same size with ur 1060. however i dont really see them in stock at reasonable prices, and the cheapest 3060ti i can see now on lazada is the galax one, slightly bigger in size at 2399 which tbh is not a very smart choice if u rmb 3070 cheapest models were also at that price at launch

Anybody got additional info regarding OCPC brand? Just say some local shop on FB having tons of 3070 stock under this brand. Tried Googling but barely any info on their own website and no reviews at all..?

I was under the impression bitcoin uses dedicated mining cards? But Etherum or wdeva its called uses GPU for now, until the devs change it.

At that time, there weren't any dedicated mining GPUs. It wasn't until 2017 that I've read about this. By then, many standard gaming cards were lapped up by these miners at every retailer in both Lowyat and Digital Mall. Even a friend of mine bumped into an uncle at a store buying 2 remaining graphics card (GTX 1080 at that time) as if money wasn't an issue to him.

I thought things would've stabilised by now until I read that Tom's hardware article I posted above.

If you ask me, I'll not go into bitcoin mining as I view it as a waste of electricity running 24/7 and incurring high electricity bills. And with the money spent to spec the PC to do so, I might as well use it to play graphically demanding games and crank it up to the highest settings.
