Anyone knows what’s the max temp for 2080ti?
Is it the same across the board or it’s different for every manufacturers?

That is the risk for early adopters. Remember RX480 power issue?

Keeping my fingers crossed. I have nothing but full of praises for my 2080ti

I think it is part of silicon lottery. My 1080ti died within 2 days of normal usage. I think less than 36 hours after I bought the card. My vendor just refunded my money and I went to another place to buy another; and it was alright.

Just wondering, is a 8700k or a 8086k gonna bottleneck the 2080ti?

On 1080p and 1440p respectively.

seems like only on da higher variant

wondering now is it because first time nvidia went against da pcie sig spec infavour of two 8pin.. ( ppl are dual chaining from a single cable from their psu)
🤔..

“Dual chaining” - did u mean using only 1 main cable from psu and split it to 2 pieces of 8 pins?

I thought it’s supposed to use 2 pieces of pcie cable from psu 🤔
