Dotatech said can only sell once they have stock allocation from local distributor hence the waiting list. Paid deposit only.

The USA tariff shouldn't have anything to do with Malaysia since nothing is assembled over there.

On the other hand, the GPU supply should be better since the poor USA cannot afford expensive GPU due to the tariff in the first place.

Wish Nvidia actually produce* modern low profile GPU with all 75W from PCIE slot......

Waiting for Dotatech reply on delivery cost + insurance. It is an expensive items after all, can't afford to lose it in delivery.

Ah, bollock......Dotatech just informed me that Zotac RTX 5090 model already been confirmed/booked by another customer....then what is the purpose of telling me that there is unit available?

So much for a waiting list.

Dotatech said they can get new stock on next Monday.

Total RM13101 = RM12799 + RM302 (delivery cost + delivery insurance)

Not going to take risk without any delivery insurance. Stuff aint cheap.

In the past, I waited RTX 4090 to fall to MSRP price.....and it never did, then Nvidia stopped RTX 4090 production and I never found RTX 4090 again after RTX 5090 launched.

Problem, majority of PSU 12V-2x6 or 12VHPWR side is tin-plated.



If the bundled 4 pcie to 12VHPWR connector also tin-plated, confirm headache.

Received Zotac RTX 5090 AMP Infinity today.
Just installed it, up and running.
Done with extended warranty registration.

Though.......why is the damn 12VHPWR so warm during GPU-Z stress test?
I am using FSP Hydro G PRO ATX3.0(PCIe5.0) 1000W native 12VHPWR cable.

Got 140mm side fan blowing right through.

Hopefully I don't encounter connector melting issue.......
I just spent my entire bonus from last year + 2 months salary on this card alone.

5 years warranty better be worth it.

Nope, out of money to buy another expensive PSU.

Sigh, time to set the power limit to 66%.

66% of 600w = 396w or roughly 400w.
Getting uncomfortable with the warm temp.

Indeed, even though I bought nvidia gpu from Dotatech, I also believe Dotatech is scalping stuff.
