Rather just buy Alienware Desktop with Ryzen 7 & RTX 3080 with 16GB DDR4 from Dell USA and ship them back here (RM 12.5k including shipping). Complete desktop set. 

1080ti is still pretty powerful, it still can handle all games at 1080p., despite few years old now. I am still using 1080ti, will still stick with it because I'm still using 1080p monitor.
Until then.. Maybe a complete full rig upgrades together with a monitor when 5k or 6k series release.

if 1650 is 1.5K, better off going to hunt for gtx1070 at 1K that will have more performance and more Vram. Unless you really need to get a full set bundle then not much choice.

initially got thought replace my 970 with 3070... now no more... maybe have to wait until 4070 or 5070 already..

Anyone betting/hoping/praying/waiting etc etc that GPU price will normalized back to MSRP can literally forget that Idea. Crypto or not, there will still be GPU shortage in the market. So I see there's still a lot ppl sitting on the fence waiting to buy GPU at MSRP. Rtx 3xxx GPU should have been bought earlier, end of 2020 but ppl whine at the price then even at a small premium above MSRP. So there u go, waiting game never ends.
