Will it help if I change the intake/exhaust fan to a better aftermarket one? Or is 3080 too hot to pair with this case?

Frankly the best option would be to sell the case and go get a Phanteks P300A or a similar budget case with high airflow, unless that guy doesn't mind a ghetto mod case. No option for H510i to fit his AIO at the top of the case as exhaust.

Ah man, I was thinking of building a NZXT H1 + 3080 card inside - looking at the temps, might be a little concerning due to the form factor.

Previously I was quoted a full rig with worse spec (r5 3600 + 3070) without any storage, already cost 7k+, Dell comes with SSD+HDD

Just opened the Dell G5 desktop, size is quite small. Im surprised the heatsink is a big size 1, about 12-13cm tall/wide

I fired up Cinebench and try to see the thermal performance, it immediately  shoot up to 95 deg+ and throttle, so i look around and discovered the fan settings default profile which is "Balanced", and the fan speed wont go above 60/70%, so i change it to "Performance" profile, and tried with cinebench again, let it run a few minutes, temperature seems to be stable around 90-92 deg. Anyone know if this is high for 10700kf?

As for the GPU, it is a very long card (think about those 300mm+?) and 2 fans, without tweaking any fan and voltage settings I run furmark for a few minutes, temperature is stable around 78/79

Doubt dell mobo bios got voltage adjustment features. But 90C cinebench 8c16 cpu inside a dell... can close eyes, turn off monitoring tools and use. Janji gaming temps is way under control.

I remember reading somewhere about dell bios disabled xtu. So when you move the slider etc and click apply, nothing changes. It's still worth the try with fingers crossed..  This is more on dell's side, maybe to avoid noobs making the system unstable and then blame on dell.

i guess same reason why ryzen master is also disabled from dells and alienwares.

But I do have doubts if a 3090 really is a future proof idea, e.g. a 4080 might come out likely less than $1499 and beat it performance wise, kinda inevitable.

Again, if shortage continues to worsen, a 3090 is not a bad idea since the possible 4080 will be instantly "Out of stock" and even if available, RIP MSRP.

I doubt crypto will crash in this few months,
Those famous tech people like Elon Musk and even Nvidia CEO keep pumping bitcoin 
Famous tech Youtuber like Linus and Byte Size also recommend mining if you bought at scalper price.
If the price is not too ridiculous (<2X MSRP), it would be easier to buy card and join mining, instead of refreshing the page every few minutes.

Asic only affect bitcoins and bitcoins arent mined with gpu, it's ethereum that are mined with gpu and people mine ethereum to trade for bitcoins. So if bitcoin trades got better with better asic chips and value goes up, gpu will kena snatch up even more.

I guess no luck if I were just to buy the graphic card outright. Looks like I'm gonna use Dell for 3 years.
