That alone is already a big upgrade in its own No, it's because of the severely nerfed memory bandwidth and the GPU die (it's effectively a 4050), which hurts modern games
Yes and no. If it gets only 40-60 FPS regardless of which VRAM size version, it doesnt matter how smooth the frames are it still perform dogshit vs say 4070 even with lesser VRAM buffer. Look at the perf of GPU core not the VRAM.
Imho if the price gap between 5060TI 16GB vs 5070 isnt that big its better to pay more for the higher tier but since MSRP is ady nearly RM 1k difference, there is still compelling reason to get 5060TI 16GB

How do I buy 5070ti online? I called topmaid and several others and everyone said no stock. Thing is, how often should I call or text them? Also, saw MSI Inspire on PC Image for 4200 and wondering if I should get them. Can't get AMD since I want the GPU for 3D
Anyway, happy with my new 5070 ti. A good upgrade from the aging 2080.
Bought Zotac due to it's 3+2 years warranty. Also happy to have found out that zotac backplate has thermal pads touching critical areas although I couldn't find anything on the internet for my specific model. My backplate gets quite hot during gaming so I hope the thermal pads are enough. I even slapped on my old northbridge heatsink-heatpipe-fins from the P35 mobo era on the backplate right at where the maximal hotspot was supposed to be, sitting on some thermal pads. Won't be as good as there's nothing holding it down but I guess better than nothing. And the good thing is the fins are sitting right behind the cpu fans.
Undervolted the card on day one, went from about 2900mhz @ 1.06v to 2800mhz @ 0.87v. Stable with Nvidia driver 576.15. Really impressive. Lazy to tweak much and settled for such speeds. Memory can overclock +2000mhz no problem but I keep it at stock at the moment as there's not any need to push the card gaming @ 1440p.

I bought my card from pcimage a week back. They have so many stock. Can buy without bundle.

IMHO OLED still imperfect due to risk of burn in with long term regular use. Better just get a good IPS and wait for mini/micro LED to drop in prices over the years.
I have used my LG48 C1 as my primary monitor for over 20000 hours at max OLED brightness. Yes I do maintain it by moving all desktop icons to the secondary monitor and auto hide the taskbar. Other than that it does not show any signs of burn in with the regular pixel cleaning functions that comes with it. With 5 years extended warranty bought in 2021 it should still be ok until at least next year (you know the deal, KO right after warranty expires) but getting over 20000 hours from it is already a good ROI.

OLED prices still hasnt fallen down to budget affordable level yet. So imho ROI should be at least 5 years but realistically be 7-8 years for those RM 4- 5k.
Im guessing it would be worse if its WFH monitor where its used for work & play meaning 12hrs or more use.
Mind you this isnt unrealistic R-Tings type 24/7 continuous on tests.
OLED tech is very good for certain use like phone screens where no one stares at it 8hrs a day plus mainly with dynamic content use. For monitor use, i dont think it will be something that you can keep using without significant degradation down the many years vs IPS (this is separate from monitors longevity/lifespan where many other factors related).
Its okay if one has invested into the ecosystem and would change monitor every 5 years or less. Its a good stepping stone to upgrade to while waiting for mini/micro LED screens to be mass marketed.
Do I find myself upgrading to OLED eventually? I do think so if this tech drops down to current affordable IPS level prices. But I would also see myself upgrade from that sooner than later.

Zotac gaming RTX 5070 Ti solid core OC. Bought it for 4.5k as didn't want to wait any longer for price to drop. Waited 2 months I think considered very good already....

Going higher up the tier I can see a crazy widening price gap per tier.
5060TI 16GB to 5070 is ~RM900 5070 to 5070TI is ~RM 1000 5070TI to 5080 is ~RM 1000
Were not even talking about few hundred RM but now is 4 figures which is the cost of whole GPU back then.

at least starting price for 5060TI is "reasonable" and it make going for RTX5070 make some differences. But for 5070 to 5070TI, improvement are not much compared to price of the card.

Is Zotac RMA good in Malaysia? I see tons of people complaining about North America RMA. Also, you bought at physical store or online? Cause the later show no stock. I only see MSI PCImage store from Shopee but it's Inspire at 4300. That card wont let you change power limit and change voltage.

Not sure. I bought from local PC Image store so any issues will bring back to the shop. Decided not to buy online due to the hassle of sending it back by courier if any issues.
So far no issues changing voltage, undervolt, overclock, setting fan curves etc. Works like any regular cards.
And one of the thing I'm most happy with is that the backplates has thermal pads cooling the back of the card. Unlike some brands that apparent doesn't have that. Can see post #20242 in this thread : https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/4547881/+20240

The main distributor of Zotac is known as Sun Cycle (https://www.suncycle.com.my), one good thing about Zotac is they provide 3+2 years warranty across the board, other brands max only 3+1 depending on models.

No GPU, whether its AMD or Nvidia or Intel, allows you to move up power limits except those higher tier OC variants will have higher limit out from factory vs Nvidia spec. Theres no software change here, the only way to up power limit over firmware lock is by shunt modding.
IINM certain brands have XOC version ie Galax HOF which removes this limitation but those are special cards.
