Thanks guys those commented..reason I asked earlier due to my GFx card can't detected.. hence the question should I upgrade.. sign of dead card
Turn out it's due to faulty cable sleeve
Anyway I also purchase tecware pcie Gen 4 riser cable
However when switch to Gen 4 in Bios.. the pc will boot normally..but when run furmark for 5 mins it will crash.. change back to Gen 3 in bios.. can run stable
Anyone had experience using tecware gen 4 pcie ribbon?

usually if got 'pop' the culprit is capacitor (or mosfet or transistor) ; can be repaired most of time by replacing the same unit
