HyppTV cannot connect via wifi?

Just had a chat with TM's technical assistance but did not get any solution to my problem.
TM tech said HyppTV can only use cable to connect  I did test connection on my HyppTV and found that only 'central connectivity' and 'multicast connectivity' are in red. Trying to connect via wifi. Any suggestions to the problem above? Attached thumbnail(s)

Or put your LAN4 to WiFi extender plug.
HyppTV (or UNIFI TV) box connect to the WiFi from the extender plug. |
