Please purchase from Stock X rather than Goat, Stock X is more trustworthy. The USD 40 is for 1 pair of sneakers, so if you buy 2 pairs = 2 x USD 40. Stock X uses UPS so they will actually pay the tax first then they will call you to tell you need to get ready cash to pay to the delivery guy (normally is 7% and yes, the total purchase which is inclusive of the USD 40). Goat is a bit dodgy, especially recently where a couple of sneaker youtubers got comment on Goat. I've bought around 10-12 items from Stock X
