Hi guys, i have a pretty much basic question that have been asked and answered so many times, but the answer i want isn't there.

MAKING IT SIMPLE, let say im inside a bright room, with few metres from whiteboard and i snap a picture of whiteboard WRITINGS using:
1)16mp camera,, but a basic , mehhh, and low quality ones,
2)with a 13mp camera, but good ones, like dual camera(13+5mp), hdr stuff and all,,

MY QUESTION is, lets ignore all about picture quality like brightness, color and ambience,,which one will produce a picture that viewable texts/high resolution ?

--like you keep ''zoom zoom'' the picture, and "yeah , finally can read the small text" .

I'm a noob and really knows nothing about phones. I'm not interested before and i'm trying it now.

THE contenders are:

Zte v7 max
Asus ZC520KL

NOTHING ELSE.

Yeah, im confused, Mathematically, it's 20% more- i care about details-quality doesn't matter .
But the 13mp camera got dual setup.

Higher the pixels means more sharper but also depend on light condition, image stabilizer. So at your budget range don't expect too much but at bright light logically higher megapixels should be clearer to view but depend on sensor.

Dual camera got many type. On LG it's wide angle and telephoto lens
On Samsung it's telephoto lens and normal camera on hua wei it's one black and white sensor and normal lens so if you want detail Hua wei is more suitable.

i would pick the 2nd choice to produce better image when zooming. tho the camera is bad but the post processing it have would produce better imaging and less noise.

Yeah, true that, but if pixels itself aren't there, what else is there to be produced with clarity than the comparing ones?

image sensor, it makes the pixel larger and let more light which produce crispy image. tho im not sure about this in mobile phone hardware but this is normal in filming and stand alone camera. just try to stay around your "shitty high megapixel camera vs fully-features low megapixel camera" issue.

mp is useful if you want to capture as much details as possible as it will enable you to blow up the pictures without that obvious pixelation
