hey, wanted to know if you guys have a meal prep for the entire week? or just cook on daily basis? if so, what kind of dishes you have for breakfast,lunch, pre and post workout? got good recipe can share??? thinking of preping meals for a week. damn malas everyday nak masak

I try to make my meals as raw as possible because I'm a terrible cook and I just can't be bothered.  Boiled eggs, boiled veges, fried tempeh/tofu, brown rice, etc etc. When I meal-prep I only do it for 2/3 days in advance because I have the tiniest fridge ever.

I married a girl and got my meal prep for whole life hahahahaha jk..i just cut the meat into portions and cook them daily. Pre-cooked meal like those guai lou is like dead dish to me. I like my food to be cooked raw
