I was surprised too. And I see not much discussion in this thread.

I'm first time buyer still got lots to learn. I don't have 3/6 months salary slips as I just join my new company 2 months ago located at kl.

Previously freelancer, not much commitment in record, only 2 credit cards with good payment record.

Aiming this unit because of the location and fresh air beside mountain, currently staying nearby gasing so already used to this area.

So far the cons will be high density, cemetery nearby and no balcony. Any others?

Yesterday went to the sales gallery. Info & my doubt as below:
1.Offical website show 10% discount till 9 Sept but sales person said extended to 7 Oct. Submit before 7 Oct to enjoy 1k deposit
2. The process is submit doc - wait registration date closed - invitation to go for balloting (one day only)
3. Not direct facing cemetery
4. A mosque will build beside the project site.
5. Based on the display model, its look like 2 block hence I ask how many lifts per block. The answer from sales person is 4. So I guess total is 8 lifts? But on the RUMAWIP it said one block 35 floor & 26 units per floor. If entire project only 4 lifts mai gg.com?!
6. According to sales person, already more than 1k applicants submitted docs.

If anyone got any extra info then please share here. I gonna call them tmr to check on point no. 5

Called to IJM, confirm is 4 lifts only.

For the price memang cannot complain d. Just want to compare few projects.

Just found out Rumah SelangorKu Puncak Indah Ampang but not much discussion.


RSKU@Puncak Indah Ampang
Pros: 850sqt, balcony, less density, 2 parking lot, 176 units share 3 lifts, 5 years lock only?
Cons: no swimming pool, nearby cemetery, location lose to SP, nearby got HTC & Mosque?

SP
Pros: Future PSP development, Nice location (best for me), swimming pool, IJM developer
Cons: smaller & no balcony, high density, one car park, 4 lifts only to share with 900 units.

I want to know sifus here choose affordable housing based on what criteria?


I guess if compare to above 2, RSKU puncak indah more live-able?

Since its for own stay so low density, car park win. I never live in high rise before, on paper definitely rsku ampang win.

Yup kk 4 lifts but lesser unit, normal for developer but not owner right... How much time needed to wait for the lift??

May I know when u apply & when is your ballot session?

I was told by the sales person that the ballot session will only start on next year ???
