You have changed nearly everything in your system, why don't you change the processor?
p/s some computer shop can test your processor for a small fees.

QUOTE(kipas_lipas @ Mar 13 2018, 10:20 PM) i dont think it have to do with CPU.. even if CPU damaged, The CPU fan should be running, but as u said your pc doesnt show any power at all, so , i suspect the PSU, but u changed it. I think u should check the cable or/and extension wire when u said check the cable, which cable i need to check?

QUOTE(kipas_lipas @ Mar 13 2018, 11:46 PM) power cable, even check wall outlet.. just check everything, maybe there is loose cable here and there, and also the switch(wall outlet switch, PSU switch, extension switch, MOBO switch).. because in order any PC/Laptop/System to operate, the electrical power need to enter PSU->MOBO>CPU/RAM/GPU/etc.. If the fan doesnt even turning, thats mean no power enter at all.. are you sure Your casing On/Off button/cable correctly connected to mobo? everything seems to check out.. i did test the psu with other machine and no problem.. even the power socket is good.. i am baffle now..

Mobo problem... bring your motherboard + CPU go power up using other machine PSU... then use the other machine pun inside here and power up...
Motherboard died i will suspect. your cable connections seems good.
1 more thing.. remove everything from casing... power up without the casing.. sometime bad casing leaking badly causes system cannot power up.
