Hi all, just wondering if there's any service center for Wacom Tablet in KL. My sister's tablet is not functioning when plugged in and the customer service just keep asking her to reinstall the software etc. Please advice or recommend any place to fix it. Thanks.

Give a call to their service hotline. They'll be able to tell you what to do next.... Just tell them reinstalling does not work.

Or worse case go to GrandTech systems to check. It's one of their distributor

Wacom don't has authorised service centre in Malaysia

Nearest is at Singapore.

If it still under warranty i suggest you send it to shop that you bought it or to distributer/supplier

Bought the tablet 5 years ago so the warranty is definitely over. The Wacom customer service quoted my sister SGD300 for send and repair in SG. It is almost the same price of a new one. dry.gif Will consider to get a new one if it cannot be fixed.
