​I have 1 Medium furnished room to rent in my home in Acacia Bandar Puteri 7, Puchong. It’s a quiet and gated area with 24 hours security.

A Double Storey Terrance. There are local shops and walking distance to public transport. A very strategic and easy access prime location at Bandar Puteri. Easy access to multiple LRT stations (Bandar Puteri, Taman Perindustrian Puchong and Pusan Bandar Puchong, Tesco). Located between Columbia Asia Puchong and Giant Bandar Puteri/PFCC and behind Setia Walk. 1KM to The Cube, Le Pavilion Bandar Puteri.

The room is currently tenant and is furnished with Ikea furnitures such as single bed, clothes rack, floor lamp , table and chair. Comes with curtain, ceiling fan and attached bathroom. Room size is approximately 126sqft. Note that the picture shown is actually my smaller room (rented out).

Housemate will have access to the common areas of the home such as living room, kitchen and dining area. You’re allow to cook and access to the WiFi and home entertainment such as Netflix and iFlix.

You will be paying RM500 per month for your stay and addition of RM25 for security fees. Discount/rebate shall be given to WEEKDAY housemate.

Ideally I’m looking for female professional working adult who enjoys peaceful environment and a place for her to call a second home. Pet lover is a plus. NO SHARING/NO COUPLE
