Is anyone interested in switching to TIME internet? Ideally, I would like to swap with someone who has a UNIFI account, that way it's a win-win where both parties end up with shorter contracts. Hi, Beware of Unifi contracts, after completing of the contract they will disable TV streaming and will also increase the plan cost monthly by 100myr. And their speed is very slow if it is 30MBps line. You cannot watch TV and office VPN or graphics related work at the same time. Although, I do not know about 100MBps.

Moreover, they will not terminate the line after completing the contract and even when you ask them to terminate. So they will not give streaming service but they will make Bill every month with extra 100myr+gst and later will force you to take a new contract or pay all the bills without any service. Another important thing, I have used there services for the last 4 years, (because we do not have TIME in our area).

TM manipulate month in their bill, as they take advance when you take a connection, but in between around Dec. They will change bill generation and time of months in the bill. And it will appear like you are paying after the service although you started plan with giving advance payments. So, when you disconnect they will charge you 2 months extra without giving you service.

Further, they will give you good speed every 20 days of a month, just 10 days before the next payment date, they will reduce the speed to half and use packet dropping jammer within every 3min. cycle. This means your internet will break for 10-15 sec in a specified time.
5) From 2019, they make a new technique they will stop TV streaming and will say that the problem is in your modem and will send an Engineer to earn extra 53myr from you and if your are an ethically good person they will ask you that the modem is not working anymore and cost you for replacement of modem. While they control the internet from ISP end.
I do not have any personal grudge with them I am sharing my 4 years of experience. But every time when you need the internet in urgency their internet will be down or no speed and they always have an excuse and they do not care
