I’ve been at home whole day waiting for my parcel to arrive.i waited until 7.30pm the tracking status changed to fail delivery attempted . I think status changed they didn’t even come to my house . Will they come tomorrow ? so angryyyy

Its like that. Normally it will take two to three days until redelivery.

typical, just try to arrange 2nd delivery or ask them to put your package on your nearest parcel e-lockers

I think you better give them a call.. I bought something online a month ago and took 10 days to arrive (and it was by poslaju - I've had international parcels from Japan coming in a day earlier, lol). The item was from Sri Petaling and winded up at the 'nearest' PosLaju centre, which was Kota Damansara (which was no where near at all - I live in PJ area). I called the Poslaju centre countless of times to rearrange for second delivery for near an hour and it seems that nobody ever picks up (apparently, other online reviewers had also faced similar situations zzz... It's like I paid for speedy delivery = no delivery. Had to travel allllllllllllllll the way to Kota Damansara...) They didn't even leave any notice at the door. Did yours had any?

I think you better call them, or just go straight to the office.

No they didn’t even try to come and deliver it to me . No delivery notice. I’ll call them tomorrow.
Actually I wanted to collect myself today but the tracking changed to out of delivery , that’s how I waited for the whole day .

U mean opposite ? Actually I had once happened to me on Gdex delivery. Status changed to failed delivery, they didn’t even come

Call also no use coz they won’t pick up ...last Monday the seller post from KL to my address in selangor, Friday nite only rcvd the slip for unsuccessful delivery ....call thousand times until I also don’t care abt my package anymore

Poslaju can be unreliable at times. But out of 1000 packages I delivered to my customers, zero failure.

Depends on which Poslaju outlet la.. if Kota Damansara wan, I can tell you from experience - just go there collect yourself. But if other outlet, can try giving them a call.

Happened to me once. I went to their office for self collect. the status showed attempted but the investigation showed the person did not went to work due to MC. Looks like his friend tried to cover for him. Dunno what happened next

When buying an item online always put receiver address to my office, the receptionist will take care, no need wait for them and save a lot of time yo, and your office address is easier than your house for them to deliver.

Just be nice to the receptionist lah.

Very good experience with poslaju last weekend. parcel was sent on 26/2 but i wasn't at home until last friday and saw the unsuccessful delivery note. parcel was kept at poslaju before they'll send it back to sender on 12/3.

called 1300300300 on saturday 10/3 to rearrange delivery and they told me they'll rearrange delivery on 13/3 and if im not home i can pick it up anytime at their office. very good

LOL Happened to me. Parcel held for 3 days at pos laju. Never move at all.

Then out for delivery. Waited and waited. Habuk pun tak nampak.

Then status - unable to deliver today. Will attempt delivery next day.

"Failed to deliver" doesn't necessarily mean that they had gone to the house and 'found nobody was home', it could be errors on their side. Best way is to call them and ask for clarification.

Bought item from UK. handled by poslaju. order 4 items, when arrived, they simply chuck the one item they dont want on my porch. 3 items gone.
