once again, lousy defending and "an act of charity" from Juve, mainly Kulusevski, similar to his charity act against Lazio not too long ago Juve this season love to fall "asleep" after the start of the 2nd half. A few weeks ago against Porto, yesterday against Torino now, we're gone from actual title challenger to the UCL spot chaser, and it could be worse as we could ended up in UEL spot at the end of the season... finally a much needed win. Both physically(3 crucial pts) and mentally(to lifted the team morale after some poor events this past couple of weeks)
and with Dybala scoring the winning goal, i just couldn't be happier. The lad definitely needed that goal to lifted up his confidence but, the last minute penalty conceded might came back to haunt us. With 2-1 scoreline, Napoli have a better H2H against us and this is crucial for Juve UCL spot chase. Chiesa could've a penalty but yeah...no call. But definitely our best player of the night, signing of the season |

the race for the UCL spot still lives on its nice seeing the names of players whose rarely on score-sheet to down Genoa last night and next match against Atalanta would be crucial... |

The fact that we have won 9 Scudetti in a row makes this season so hard to fathom.
After the Porto loss, I was going to comment that we actually still had a good second leg and there seemed to finally be cohesiveness in the team despite the loss. But then we lost to Benevento and that just took the wind out of me. So hard to comment these days. Seems like we can't string more than 2 wins in a row. There are positives and negatives this season but the fact we can't win many games in a row is to me at least, a serious issue. We still have a few more games so, Forza Juve! |

to me, juve played good game, Atalanta just have deflected goal.
the lack of attacking moves still there, and ref too just don't want to make calls to protect players |

Juve did ok in the match. Draw probably a fairer result, but yep, that's football, that's life for ya atleast Napoli did drew against Inter, or we're in 5th position by now considering Juve still have to face both Milan & Inter in the remaining fixture, they definitely must, must win in the next few matches against Parma & Fiorentina. If not, i don't think we'll make it to UCL next season, and looking at the way the team performed all season, not sure if they'd deserved to be playing in UCL... |

QUOTE(Deani_77 @ Apr 21 2021, 10:03 AM) https://www.juvefc.com/breaking-news-agnell...-league-fiasco/ idk if this is true, but until the statement became official in Juve website, then....Is it true... Everybody talking about Super League... Kindda lost here... anyway, great comeback to take the 3pts last night. And side note, the more i see both Milanese clubs dropping points(and they did last night), the more i baffled about Juve dropping points against the likes of Torino, Benevento, Verona. Atalanta was an exception, but still, we could've been in the head to head race with Inter right now...but atleast the UCL spot race looks a bit good with this win |

watched this match last night, the first half, just wtf... but even Morata's brilliant goal couldn't do enough to get the crucial 3pts now, we're 4th after Atalanta trashing Bologna 5-0 last night. The Scudetto are done & dusted. its only Coppa Italia & UCL to fight for. But seeing how the team perform currently, i won't be surprised if Atalanta clinched both the Coppa & UCL spot from Juve |

take a look at the race for European spot... as much as its quite 'entertaining & nervebreaking' as a neutral,
but it could turn out worse for us...seeing that we're now in actual Europa League spot.. Milan got trashed by Lazio 3-0 last night, while Napoli 2-0 win over Torino leapfrogged us due to their better head to head record. Hence why i said earlier, that last minute penalty conceded against em would probably came back to hurt us later... ISA 02-05-21 Udinese vs Juventus ISA 09-05-21 Juventus vs AC Milan ISA 12-05-21 Sassuolo vs Juventus ISA 15-05-21 Juventus vs Inter ISA 23-05-21 Bologna vs Juventus with the 5 remaining matches, Juve need to win all of em to clinch the CL spot. Juve vs Milan probably a winner take all between both teams, but i'm kinda worried about Udinese, Bologna & Sassuolo match, bcoz this season Juve loved to dropped points against lower table team. Inter probably already secured their Scudetto by then, but still, kicking Juve out of UCL would probably be their icing on the cake crossing fingers till the end of the season. How the table have turn. From 9times consecutive champions, to the UCL spot challenger... |
