odieseven -12 Aug 2007 RM2000 , 2nd hand set Avaxx 10 months left in warranty

Just wondering. I bought this from a fellow forumer.He did not give me a box. He gave me a video cable, a usb cable, handsfree, a manual, charger and warranty card. But the warranty card is unfilled and has no dealer stamp or Imei no.It is an Avaxx warranty card. But it worries me...How do I claim warranty?I actually want to send the phone to Nokia care to repair the sliding mechanism and update the firmware while at it. Is it possible? i'm just a bit worried here.Hope someone can help me...
