I'm new to Nokia and symbian phones, so any help you can give is appreciated. 2) What firmware are you using? Have upgraded yours to the latest FW? Since there are so much questions regarding firmware, i've taken the initiative to check and see the availability of firmware in nokia's server. And to my surprise, they have removed FW 12.0.013 for the APAC product code (0534833: Apac 1, 0536085: Apac 1). Meaning that those who got the same product code as me, won't be able to upgrade their FW at the moment (tho i have upgraded mine at the time when that FW is available on the server ). At the time being, N95 with Euro product code (0534841 EURO1 - Sand, 0536062 EURO1 - Plum) will be able to upgrade their FW. You'll find your product code on the sticker at the back of your phone, underneath the battery.
