Guys if i want to refresh my laptop whoch should i

Which one shud i click? UPDATED : I just done install a new Windows and everything is new! Just that when I start using it, can hear fan sound and a sudden jam in my laptop that requires me to hard reset. After that I uninstall McAfee where I suspect to be culprit of laggings. If you want to reset your PC, click on 'Get Started', the rest will be pretty straight forward.
Thou, I recommend you to backup your personal data first, then click on the option that removes everything, include 'Windows' and 'personal file'. Also, there might be an option that only format your current Windows drive, which usually is the C:\ drive.
In this case, cause you are infected by virus, you might want to Reset D:\ drive as well, so 'All drives'.

And I assume your Windows license is genuine? Did computer come with Windows 10 out of the box?

If it came with Windows 10 straight out of the box, then you shouldn't be too worry about activation. Once PC is reset, go through the initial setup, connect to internet, and Windows should activate itself.
Thou, there is a small chance that it will not activate itself, consider yourself bad luck if that happens.
If you are still concern thou, there is a software to extract the Windows key from the system, but I cannot recall the application name.
