SCP Group plans to build four blocks of 47-storey serviced apartment at a site located at Segambut Dalam near Mont Kiara. Plot 1 of the project will have 1,032 units of serviced apartment, while Plot 2 will have 810 units of serviced apartment, both sitting on top of a 8-storey car park podium. The site is located along Jalan Segambut Dalam and it is at the entrance to Bukit Prima Pelangi. North South Expressway flyover is located next to the site. Nearby developments include Kiara Kasih Rumawip by UEM Sunrise, TWY2 and Bon Estate’s Mont Kiara project.

1800 units coming... and the same area have a few other high dense condo also... KL really going to be like HK style soon already... every developer just convert to commercial title and build high dense condo....

so long there is demand, the developer don't care and dbkl also ok if developers finance the infrastructure that dbkl supposed to build in the first place. if the pricing is matching investor budget, this project can still sell very well.

mk traffic is already at critical level because of planning and implementation failure by authorities, can't blame developers who are businessmen. sometimes it's actually better to take jalan lang emas to ldp highway for pj bound people. after the elevated duke 2 extension, jalan lang emas from segambut to kepong is quite smooth because widened with many lanes now and can drive faster than damaged roads in kg segambut dalam and parts of jalan kiara 3.

how about those that going towards KL? are there any improvement? distance to KL is not that far... but getting in and out of the jam is the largest issue... more than 40 mins for 10km stretch is quite headache during peak hours... if they selling at 600 psf... i think there are still buyers but also alot of options to choose from...

road improvements to kl were planned long ago but stalled due to budget, like half completed jalan segambut to mk new road. there is a bit of progress such as laying underground pipes for the new road but i guess land matters and acquisition is costly and takes time also. will be faster with contributions by developers if more redevelopment happens here. good thing for traffic on this side is there's duke 2 now.

if 600 psf before rebates with concept that matches new generation's expectations, it should sell very well. but i doubt will be so low as 600 psf even if land here is cheaper than mk, since i guess the product is small apartment suites. the address shouldn't be big issue as buyers at this price point are looking for lower absolute price and a location that is central to KL and PJ.

i went vp with my friend for the season garden, overall quite satisfied

ya VPed is the process, the maintenance now since is free period heard from my fren purchased an unit complaint didn't clean the floor and the condo easy flooded when heavy downpour. You may check with your fren if he join the purchaser group in Band Apps.

Just curious....will there be any MRT station in future nearby this development?

no. nearest rumoured mrt3 stations are mont kiara (near 1mk) and kl metropolitan (near matrade).

but since this scp project is on a main road, there should be feeder bus "bas perantara" to those stations like seen in mrt1 line.

It is not going to be as per title or first post. It’s now owned by Crest Builder Sdn Bhd and they plan to build temporary workers quarters. Not sure what will be built. Also a rumoured location for MRT Circle Line - Bukit Segambut Station.
