28August2023 update: Earthworks ongoing at site by MRT Corp. 7June2022 update: Cancelled. Land now owned by Crest Builder Sdn Bhd. Plan to build temporary workers quarters. Something else will be built here in future. Write up by propsquare SCP Group plans to build four blocks of 47-storey serviced apartment at a site located at Segambut Dalam near Mont Kiara. Plot 1 of the project will have 1,032 units of serviced apartment, while Plot 2 will have 810 units of serviced apartment, both sitting on top of a 8-storey car park podium. The site is located along Jalan Segambut Dalam and it is at the entrance to Bukit Prima Pelangi. North South Expressway flyover is located next to the site. 1800 units coming... and the same area have a few other high dense condo also... KL really going to be like HK style soon already... every developer just convert to commercial title and build high dense condo....
