Hi ladies and gentlemen. I have just proposed to my girlfriend (now my fiancé!). We both agree that an outdoor ROM will be a beautiful and memorable thing. We are also willing to compromise a little bit on the wedding dinner for the sake of our outdoor ROM, since the ROM is more of a two-person moment. However, I couldn't find much information on the procedures to plan an outdoor ROM. That's why I am opening this thread, hope to gain more enlightenments on the questions below.

1. What are the standard procedures? Do we start by settling on a date, venue then only proceed to book the registrar or it's the other way round? There are a few cases where both date and venue are fixed but they couldn't get a registrar. Like this fellow forumer.
2. Also, I would highly appreciate it if anyone could give me a rough budget for one outdoor ROM. I am planning well ahead right now.
