mine i get white screen when try to switch on. den 1 sec it off by itself.... den try on nuthing on screen, no white screen. Muz remove batt and put again den white screen will come out once again...

Send for reflash by those hp shop he tried still same case. Now left there overnight for them to try reflash.... hope no prob... in great need to use my phone
