If everytime say economy down etc, of course people would want to be compensated.

well...as a matter of fact
when i leave, i gave them 3 months notice plus half month extension, they still can't find my replacement...they even ask me to further extend
because nobody is going to do that job at that kind of salary

as for the retain staff, they never did
when an employee want to resign, they just accept it..they never counter offer...my case as well
and the boss is being stupid as well, asking if i have commitment
dahell, no one gets into commitment before they get the money laugh.gif ...no money how to pay deposit for a car/house laugh.gif
her theory is i got myself a car, now i need a raise to pay for it mega_shok.gif

oh, she'll ask some other worker to do it
but it will be a mess at the end, back to the days i just started
because i handle multiple stock over multiple platform
it become like 10X more complicated compared to 4 years ago when i started

not hard but very time consuming which no worker have the time for laugh.gif
