QUOTE(horns @ Mar 21 2019, 10:33 AM) there are still good options from ikbc, durgod, and varmilo at taobao/tmall, compared to other places, if you really wanted it. yup, ive tried silent reds before and i really loved it, ive had other keyboards and still feel like going back to silent redsnote that cherry mx silent red is relatively scratchy by default. you can always get rid of the scratchiness by lubing switches after using it for few weeks. QUOTE(irsyadfy @ Mar 21 2019, 11:21 AM) looks like have to buy from overseas |

QUOTE(horns @ Sep 18 2019, 02:43 PM) the key idea to try out boards in shops is to check out the three main switch types (linear, tactile and clicky). this is usually for beginners that don't have clues about obvious differences of these switch types. yup, I'm hunting there also. was trying my luck here in case someone wants to unload their customs. heheif this is suitable for your requirements, just get it. there are not many choices with such a feature. i think this is not new. it takes time for vendors to pick it up and populate them. maybe you should try this at the fb group, https://www.facebook.com/groups/MalaysiaMechanicalKeyboard/ |
