next 10 years only can earn you another board money. That's why now filco no more in Malaysia.. Need another 10 years.
My filco after 6 years still ok. another 4 years to go..  hope they still there once the time come.

that's filco. if you only carried the keyboards of that brand alone, that might be the case.

however like varmilo, diatec also has a lot more to offer:
1. they have tenkeypads;
2. they have plenty of key cap sets;
3. they also offer case customization, e.g. http://www.diatec.co.jp/shop/kobo/

there are more, http://www.diatec.co.jp/shop/

globalized markets are now part of our lives. coupled with local online stores, impacts to local businesses are imminent. however there are still ways to make a business continue to strive.

Malaysia did bring in kobo, but the cost is high. What you listed out, Malaysia offered before. So, end of story, is gg RIP. innocent.gif
Struggle to survive, but, losing the market. Nothing to sorry about, weak always phased out, only fittest survived.

They will coming back in the future when the buying power for filco is there. icon_rolleyes.gif

first, sorry for my ignorance (i was editing the original post then i saw this). i am really not aware of the existence of kobo stuff in Malaysia.

it's always 'survival of the fittest', and the key question is always, 'what have you done to maintain fitness?'

consumers are from all walks of life. there will always be entry-level, mid-range and high-end buyers. if they're keen on having a share of local market, it's diatec that need to do something. (look at razer. still going strong despite bad parts, overpriced and all)

Only Razer surviving in Malaysia.
Other brands you can name is going down the slope. And brand like iKBC, Mistel, Vortex all no more in Malaysia distri. And more bigger brands will ceased soon.
I think Ducky will be the next victim, after see they desperate to struggle to survive in latest few weeks post. So much older stocks that people don't want to buy.

On the other hand, Sg sales for "certain big brand" overtake Malaysia. Small country, big spending power.

it's marketing done right for razer.

although it's sad to see this happening, there is not much we can do as consumer. however i believe if there are good demands, they will be back.

.. looks like in near future our users only know brands like corsair, cm, logitech, razer, tt esports, amargeddon, and tecware. wow.

edit: maybe it's a good thing. who knows smile.gif

Hi all, does any one know where I can buy costar stabilizers?

I have some wierd looking stabilizers that don't fit with cherry style keycaps which I just got a set of.

I would buy from AliExpress or Taobao but the keycaps are coming this weekend and I would like the stabilizers soon smile.gif

Any advice is much appreciated.

the chance is very small if you wanna get them locally. also, costar stabs are not common.

i found clones at taobao and aliexpress. not sure about original costar stabs.

edit: which board are you using btw?

Costar clones are fine, as long as they can fit cherry style keycaps.

I'm using a reachace board, but I cant seem to find any info about it online.

Just bought Logitech G613 and G603... Waiting to collect it ... Exciting!!

using Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse Wireless 2000, which the mouse is annoying to use, have to scrap off the Rubber coating and spray on spray paint on it. And the keyboard now have rattling and annoying noise when typing... like a bee buzzing, vibraition of the keycaps.

Will update here once recieved it! smile.gif

I like the way it is, although no fancy RGB ( not really matters to me ) ... I work in dark enviroment so, a plate of LED will distract me. Subtle is fine smile.gif

it's my first Mechanical Keyboard, and since i hate wires, i get Wireless one smile.gif

almost usd1.5k. non-mechanical.

edit:

after going through http://www.hacoa.com/hacoa_eng/ it's about arts thingy, work of skilled folks in Japan.

well, it's like we don't have such skilled persons here :/

Collected the Logitech G613 Lightspeed Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard and G603 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse.

Logitech G613 Lightspeed Wireless Mechanical Gaming Keyboard
Attached Image

The Keyboard is very nice built with High-Quality and fine textured plastic. Typing on it feels very nice and crisp. Romer-G switch is really nice to type with.
There's no wire, so my desk stays cluster free as before ( Microsoft Wireless Keyboard 2000 ). There's no fancy RGB LED backligthning ,
it's fine for me as i don't fancy those leds, kind of distracting in my ambient room.

Logitwch G603 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse
Attached Image

The Mouse is very nice built with High-Quality and fine textured plastic for comfort grip. This is my first mechanical Gaming mouse featuring both wireless and Omron Switches.
Clicking on it feels super awesome and crisp and clicky. The scroll wheel is one piece thick rubber and hopefully won't degrade like my old Microsoft Wireless Mouse 2000. Also,
there's no fancy RGB lightning for this mouse too.

it is not cheap. but if u build with much loves and care(read=minor mods) the feels is much better than pre-built ones.
