How to know whether the backup heater is faulty ?
1) Fius trip when you turn on the switch for the backup heater
2) Waited several hours and water is still not hot.
3) Water leaking at the heating element area.

If the heater doesn't heat the water after 2 days of gloomy weather, does it mean we need to do some repair to it?

It had been provided by developer, need to go up there to check brand.

different brand has different sizes for backup heater, best to check what brand it is first. My technicians will need to buy the correct 1 before going over.
