Hello,

I attended an interview 3 weeks ago after applying for audit assurance associate 1

Few days ago I was informed by a recruiter that they are offering me the position, however, today, another recruiter called and inform me that I have to complete an online assessment with 21 Questions and no time limit and it can only be completed within a single seating.

Does anyone have experience with the online assessment perhaps give some insights?

why with the contradicting statements..

first say offering the position, now second recruiter says have to complete an online assessment?

normally just numerical/logic/behavioral or a combination of those

It was a behavioral test, I got offered in 24 hours after the assessment.

RM 3,300 + 250 for graduate role.

Hey there, i just done my phone interview with the HR on wednesday. Could i know how long does it take for the HR to get back to me after the phone interview based on your experience?

I'm super nervous and stress. I hope i will shortlisted for the interview. Should i call them and ask today? its only the 2nd day though.

I had a direct interview with one of the senior managers. They took 3 weeks to respond to me.

I would wait at least a few days.

I guess it depends on qualifications? I have multiple certs

ACCA + Degree?
