Easiest is Dropbox.
As it's not sensitive data, it should be ok.
I'm subscribed to the 1TB plan where I use it to only keep final jpeg or MP4 files.

For unedited raw files or edited projects, I keep it in a WD mycloudex2 NAS and a large external HDD

Bro.. if somebody take out the hard drive from the NAS, are they able to read the data?

I asking because planning to put it off site.. at my office actually

Depends on which NAS you're using.
Some might offer encryption.
There're pro and cons to that.
Con is that if the NAS itself is damaged, the data cannot be recovered even if it's in RAID 1/5
