Hi. Unfortunately, the landlord who provides (as the provider) has to maintain. For e.g., the fridge's compressor is broken due to time no matter how carefully one person use it will still spoil in time, so landlord has responsibility to fix it either calling a mechanic or fix it DIY.in cases like this is there any responsibilities from the agent to help chase the tenant or once rented out the agent is wash hand?
