QUOTE(eXtreme(tm) @ Jun 17 2007, 05:16 PM) its pretty delicate process n i dare not explain cause i don want to be responsible for any damage it might cause to your handphone. it depends also. my friend's format didnt change after all the moving and renaming. so it might work on some but not all.. works fine for me though. i spend a whole day reading the blog post. so u should try it too.. |

hm... read numerous post about N73 vanil V4 firmware.. apparently EU are users experiencing various bugs from V4 firmware.. thats why they retract the frmwr.. as for ME users, we'll just have to wait.

QUOTE(zeone @ Jun 24 2007, 10:14 AM) Something I discovered... In N73ME, there's NO way to close the Music Player ie it's always running in background!! not quite there bro... 2 options for ME guyz... 1) press and hold menu button for a few seconds, the task manager will pop up... 2) download Handy Task Manager for symbian which is better. The GREAT NEWS is : In new V4 FW for std N73, yu can use inbuilt Task Mgr to goto Music Player which takes yu to Music menu. Select Options and then Exit. Chk with Task Manager and voila! MP is NO longer running... OR while in MP mode, yu can goto same Music Menu screen & do the same. To use MP after that, just do so via usual Menu route or use the MM Key ie select MP. Yu'll see an animated "Opening..." bar and voila! Yr MP is back & running! Enjoy yr "FREEDOM"! both offers task kill options. |

QUOTE(hwchua @ Jul 6 2007, 05:50 PM) What should i do, my phone since to be black out after installing the firmware, can't power on at all. So the next thing is to send to shop? anyway to rectify, please help and advise, thank dude... should send for repairs...Added on July 6, 2007, 6:51 pmoh ya... i replaced my stock headphones with sony's MDR-EX52SL. and what some ppl said were true. if u replace the stock headphones with quality ones, you'll get the true 'voice' of our N73. i got 40% bass increase in some songs... all songs maintain a 30% increase in bass. which the stock headphones fail to provide.
