It will show 3G line whenever the place have 3G signal, not big deal ma. The charge is still the same if you use voice call. But you can set the phone only show GSM signal in Setting,Network,Network mode.

Beware if you getting cheaper than usual N73ME, maybe they take normal N73 and flash it to ME version, plus other fake N73ME accessory. Correct me if I'm wrong

1. already answer by another forummer
2. there is a simple sisx file call themediy or something like that which can be install your phone to make own theme file. There is also another program, which can be install in computer to make your own theme, which is quite complicated to use according what I've read from other website. If not mistaken it is released by Nokia. I've forgot the name dy. Try to find it here

My ap set also come with 1 battery only. Btw, N73 battery life are really not that bad
