800 unit Rumah Selangorku bakal dibina di Ampang

AMPANG, 19 JUN: Sebanyak 800 unit Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) bakal dibina di Kampung Lembah Jaya Utara, di sini sejurus pembinaan Lebuhraya Lingkaran Luar–Hubungan Timur (EKVE) dijangka siap sepenuhnya, Julai 2020.

EXCO Perumahan dan Kehidupan Bandar, Haniza Mohamed Talha berkata, projek berkeluasan 0.76 hektar itu membabitkan pembinaan dua blok RSKU kategori c berkeluasan 800 kaki persegi yang akan dijual pada harga RM180,000.

“Pembangunan di kawasan itu turut membabitkan pembinaan rumah kos rendah, sederhana dan berpendapatan tinggi oleh pemaju Ampang Height Holding Sdn Bhd berkeluasan 69.1 hektar.

“Sebanyak 0.76 hektar diperuntukkan untuk RSKU, 6.07 hektar untuk EKVE dan selebihnya projek perumahan lain,” katanya selepas mengadakan lawatan ke tapak pembinaan RSKU Ampang Height, di sini hari ini.

Mengulas sama ada jualan rumah terbabit akan dibuka kepada orang ramai, Haniza berkata keutamaan akan diberikan khas buat warga Ampang.

Pada masa sama, beliau turut berpuas hati dengan lokasi pembinaan rumah mampu milik terbabit yang memiliki kemudahan infrastruktur serta dihiasi kecantikan alam semula jadi.

“Saya optimis pemaju dapat mengekalkan kecantikan alam semula jadi di sini dan memasukkan unsur pemuliharaan supaya ia tidak musnah.

“Malah, penduduk juga bakal menikmati pelbagai kemudahan kerana saya lihat tapak ini berdekatan klinik, masjid dan kawasan komersial serta akses ke lebuh raya yang bakal siap tidak lama lagi,” katanya.
