Hi bro, what do you mean by equivalent models? Are they specifically those models or some other models from other countries? Warranty is provided by whom?

My TV model callsign on the box is different because they are the commercial models.
X8000E and X8500E are consumer models.

They are local commercial models.
They have standard 3 years warranty (Consumer models standard 2 years only) covered by Sony Malaysia.
However, you will need to bring the unit to Sony Service Centre either in The Curve, or KLCC.
Warranty effective date starts from our invoice date.
