Vision City, it is a state-of-art multifaceted development, which made up of four major developments.

It will be a 50-acre project with build-up area up to 10 million square feet, consisting of office buildings, luxurious condominiums, hotel, shopping complexes, business districts, educational hub, roof top gardens and many other 5 star graded facilities.

Upon completion, Vision City will also have the largest exhibition and convention centre for building materials in South East Asia.

Highlighting the current development is YOUTH CITY, which features 4 interconnected towers with 5 Star luxurious facilities at a very affordable price.

Saw this project when surfing facebook, super shocked with the huge development planned and it's really a game changer in greater Kl.

i will share my 2 cents of what I understand from the project,

Features of Nilai Vision City:

Travel oriented: Since Nilai is close to Klia, the concept is to attract foreigner to Nilai. There will be hotel, theme park （with the eye of Nilai), and a tourist mall emphasizing local prodect & souvenir, traditional art and DIY section.

Youth incubation: a incubator for new entrepreneurs, start up.

Long live learning education hub: there will be 3 campus of international school, and 1 will be from Australia

Commercial centre: a trading centre with offices and already 250 SME confirming joining and it's tax exempt.

A biggest convention centre in Malaysia with a wisma Gd. Gd=developer


Personally, I like all the idea and concept of development (except theme park, but maybe something iconic is important, who knows), especially the incubator for start up is really something missing in Malaysia. The location is also good considering the abundance education body in Nilai.

Besides, the living cost of Malaysia might attracts mid age aunty uncle or elderly to continue their retired life in Nilai with the possibility of further education.

Btw, this GD development is really rich ar, their previous project in Beverly hills showed their taste and preferences for high end product. If all the proposed development will be carry out and complete, Nilai is really not far from kl, penang standard city,

Biggest convention center and its distance to KLIA plus the tourist mall making it a good venue for big conference or summit.

In my opinion, the least favourable development among all proposed development is their residential condo, youth city, I didn't study well but it seemed like it's another high end condo that are full of fancy 5 star facilities, maybe is not too bad to get the smallest unit and treat it like a hotel, resting lounge whenever you need to go to airport.

In general I m quite surprise how much confidence the developer has in Nilai, it will be a really huge difference from a small town with 2 row streets as commercial centre will soon turn into a and super huge economic centre. And soon housing of Nilai will appreciate, so better be fast to lap before the puclic know and adjust to the price.

Sorry for not being precise, by foreigners, I actually meant tourist.

Size is always abt comparison right? hahaha

But considering the nilai now, I would say that is a really bold decision from developer

Whatever they're building there to cater whoever they're planning to cater. Be it tourist, expats or even foreign investors, its not gonna happen.

All these plans will just be a concept and will remain as forever.

Rawang, Malacca and even Pahang have tried all these sorts of strategy to attract foreign investors and all they need is the traffic there. But look what happens after decades. Nothing but just an "artist impressions". Nothing really ever built other than cutting the trees off, barely building the foundation of the project and left the land bald and empty.

This will be the same.

How this project affect nilai? Will this project abadonned?

I thought apa nama already annouced a bigger vision of called what vision valley jor?????

Tourists really spoil for choice jor....

No need to travel by erl to kul....can just grab to nilai anf visit two mega developments....

Thanks for sharing, it's important to have taikors who experienced something similar before to share the history.

It's kind of sad if the other concept is just something to promote the sales of the residential unit.

Mind to share what happen actually to Empire city?

I tot the mega project should have 3-5k acres, mana tau 50 acres only.

I apologize for using the term before understanding what it really means

The more glamorous the description i.e oversold, the higher the chance of failure.

If housing is depending on foreigners mean unpopular with locals or excess in supply.

Many years ago, a prime area in Damansara was launched and sold at low prices. It was a mad rush so to buy a unit it was best to join property investors club.

I cannot remember all the events.
