I can vouch that traffic on NKVE is usually smooth except for toll exits such as Subang and Damansara. And there's the occasional jam at the Shah Alam/Elite interchange
The traffic getting heavier and heavier. NKVE going to Jelutong from Setia Alam can be quite painful sometimes. You can consider condo in Batu Tiga, rental for a 3 rooms condo is approximately around RM1200 - RM1500. That can give you a peace of mind, no heavy traffic going to work and back and paying the rather expensive toll.
