SA's peak has gone. Same applies to other areas. Pricing not picking up fast anymore. All catalyst like mall etc already there n priced in. From investment perspextive no longer attractive. Organic grow now. Ownstay buyers all the way. Investors all shift to new township like EM to hope the miracle again lol.
