submitted 2, got 1...
7000 ballots for 1300 units... statistically about 20% chance, but if ure bumi higher den 20% and non bumi lower... not sure how they did the bumi balloting but lots of bumis who were looking at the list yesterday, managed to get units.
anyway, for those who won.... JATI or BAIDURI?

imagine just to re-collect failed bankdrafts, they actually put up huge tent troutside the welcome centre, with 10 counters. printed nice huge banners to direct the public. during registration, also about 10 counters with computers and barcoded ballot tickets. alot of expense just for a medium cost project.

my ballot no. 880 out of 1300... all baiduri finished except for G floor (but technically 1st floor) facing surau
so i chose Jati corner blk 6 low floor

emeryman.. i never understood why theres an SPA price and a separate price for upgrading works. SA never gave me a convincing answer.
Why is upgrading work such a high portion of the price?

j) There's no bumi lot title for this apartmen, thus if the bumi registration could not make up the 50%, it will then be sold to non-bumi.
So if I buy under bumi company, I can sell w/o conversion of title?

what do you guys think of mutiara compared to kasturi and baiduri? quite disappointed with mutiara. the only good thing is possibly abit more landscape than kasturi/baiduri and funky angled alignment. still no covered car parks... ayo how much does it cost la? i think the best layout is still kasturi. Its the only one of the Seris with a balcony. the master bedroom window is larger and more modern. All kasturi units are "corners" as they only share 1 wall and has a privacy ledge. The actual corner units are no different from intermediates as there are no additional windows. Aircond ledge nicely placed next to bedroom and can use balcony for hall/dining units. Compare this to mutiara where the aircond ledges are at the yard area. You'll have aircond piping running all over the house. Also has a nicer dining area.
