What do you guys think of mimosa in SA, newly launched project by Sp Setia. Any idea what is the traffic like in Setia indah to Nkve ?

I was there last weekend, and about 20units mimosa remaining. Mostly with bad number or pricier unit. Will the units be of any premium compared to the others in the area, or it is just due to the expensive cost of building material. Hope for more input.
