imagine 6k people buying bank drafts,

6k x RM6 = RM36k goes to banks.

and after that, around 6k of people will cancel and return their bank draft :

6k x RM10 = RM60k.

Because of this balloting, banks get almost 100k.. Banks sure love this

Still many people worried about the cemetery view and such at here..

Visit Penang, and you will see medium to high end condos / landed house are built beside the cemetery, and some even on the previous cemetery land / hill.

I guess the Penangites have already accepted this and doesn't bother them, as for these projects are selling quite well.
