Is Ayu Impian & the rest Ayu's developed by SP Setia ?
Bank offer me 4.3% fixed for 550-580k @ 30yrs - Is this a good rate ?
Any bank can give lower than 4.3% - please advise me. thanks

Is Ayu Impian & the rest Ayu's developed by SP Setia ? Bank offer me 4.3% fixed for 550-580k @ 30yrs - Is this a good rate ? Any bank can give lower than 4.3% - please advise me. thanks |

i saw some mudah pictures of previous Ayu's .. design macam-macam especially the ladder holder, some fully simen some besi type  i check wikimapia can't find any kindergarten, guys kindly advise any kindergarten nearby ? (my kid turning 4 next year liow) |
