i was thinking the same, and i think it could be some technical trick that the Developer is trying to comply with building low & med cost apartment price range from 60k-99k below RM100k and same times provide "upgrade work" to make it to a better valued Apartment to maintain their ideal class of occupants that going to stay in SA.


i may be wrong though, just my guessing tongue.gif

i was ter around 1.30pm, it was only 3-4 people, and no form will be released without bank draft wor. so far, was only 400+ ballots

as far as I know, only limited units of kasturi up for selection, 3 blocks x 16 units of 9-11 floors only.

aiyor james bond, you urself also got chosen for one unit mar, dun keep saying flat, the dev has charged RM100k+ upgrading work that gonna make it into apartment/condo like, especially with those facilities attached. Flat wont comes with swimming pool

but i read from the ballot info paper, only 9-11 floor of block 2-4 for succesful candidates wor, one staff also confirmed that to me.

may be i see wrongly?
