i was thinking the same, and i think it could be some technical trick that the Developer is trying to comply with building low & med cost apartment price range from 60k-99k below RM100k and same times provide "upgrade work" to make it to a better valued Apartment to maintain their ideal class of occupants that going to stay in SA.Why is upgrading work such a high portion of the price?
i may be wrong though, just my guessing
