hi..i wanted to ask...when i first call to register, i put my name for them to contact me when is the balloting...but actually, its my brother who wanted to buy the apartment...so, when i submit my bank draft, can it be my brother's name???

If let say i've successfuly got the house, but then i rejected the offer coz no more nice unit left, can i still get bek my 5000 bank draft???
