Based on the process for previous Intan/Kasturi/Baiduri/Jati, you need to register your name and phone number to be listed in their "interested customer" list. You will be notified once they have set a date for balloting and they will inform you via SMS what to bring (IC,bank draft,etc) to register. Not sure whether SA has info about the balloting date for Mutiara already but you can call Setia Alam Welcome Centre to find out more.

andrewleewaikeong, I think the convention is Block-Floor-Unit# . So B04-02-06 would be Baiduri Block 4, Floor 2, Unit 6. Hope this helps.[QUOTE]
