Setia Alam area sooner or latter will be the next bandar utama...look at their branded developer and 1st class infra...nearest to bandar utama MRT as welll after tropicana damansara...

wealthy people always affordable. We cant foreseen future as well. 10years ago, BU terrace house around 800k, now already. 1.4m+ easily standard unit...

when the medical center, corporate tower, hotel and etc finished at the Setia mall side, residential price sure going up gradually....couple with this LRT news...i cant see how the price can drop...
probably at lower pace due to affordability, which is comment in Klang valley currently...landed house easily range 800k is out of affordability.. |

PKNS ? i am not interested to have a look at their products..SimeDarby project is nearer compare to Setia Alam..problem is they dont have huge commercial infra developement like this place here...

The new launched by SD is typically Meru Klang area....compare to SA, is already at border of Klang and shah alam..+ lot of government facilities, mall, coropoate towe just opposite...sure the price differential applied..

government facility ie 1M healthcare center..setia city mall, etc...by SP SETIA...those are currently not available at the SD project there..that why price differential..

good exercise when you are young..imagine aging later need to climb up 3storey...

I hav a brand new unit at Setia indah 7, Garcinia (Brown color), intermediate NEW UNIT from developer (unoccupied before). First row with ample parking infront, grass boundary..
