Fragesia land size and built up is quite small la. RM 500k seems not worth.

Yes, you can call their office to get the form for ballot. The regis form should be ready this few days.

Yes, but i was told that you need to register now with a form for the ballot number ( tentatively this saturday and sunday ) and then ballot for the unit by next weekend ... also probably by few batches because to many inquiry ...

The form was yet to ready as at Monday, I think by tomorrow, the form should be ready ...

You can call it Medium Cost Apartment with facilities. Or medium grade condo.

The facilities are quite good and a lot.

Dont expect a 180k apartment can goreng till to get 350k or 400k ... The numbers are there and still got 2 more new launches of similar product. But Seri Baiduri looks bettrr facade though the price of 220k n with DIBS. I think with such pricing, it is consider the best buy and most affordable pricing.

I think after 3 years, when SA become more matured, 250k onwards is easily. Unless there is college to build nearby, then can shot to sky price with good rental yield.

I met them just one week ago.

The pricing of Seri Jati 182-186k and Seri Baiduri 220-226k are both with DIBS. I heard they considering Non-DIBS and plan reduce the price by 3-5%. Let me find out again.

They drop the DIBS finally but the price is tentatively yet to be confirm ....

I think they drop the DIBS just because they are trying to minimized the numbers of investors and speculators.

Have had the same idea with you due to Jati is cheaper by anor 10% ... but it's no harm taking a bet at Baiduri, looks much better facade compare to Jati leh and lower density ....

If I am not mistaken, all banks offer Whole Tenure BLR - 2.20% NON DIBS, which requested by SPS.

The panel are Alliance Bank, SCB, Maybank, Hong Leong, OCBC and UOB.
