Heard from SA out of 80 units available, about 60% sold. Unit with lowest price, type A1, costs about $1.85 mil before discount.

Package:
1. For existing purchaser: $80k rebate + 4-5% LCR. For new purchaser: $80k rebate + 2% rebate + 2% introducer rebate
2. Free legal fees for SPA & loan agreement
3. Free stamp duty MOT & loan

Yes, not only save on the progressive interest, buyer also face less risk in case of abandon project. Although trust that chances of that happening with SPS is almost none existence. biggrin.gif
