I'm currently working in Glenmarie and planning to rent an apartment in setia alam. Can anyone advise on the traffic situation in NKVE? What time should I leave home to avoid the traffic jam?

there are alot of apartments and condo's around glenmarie, batu 3 and seksyen 13 area no traffic if you're staying there

Rental for apartments / condos around Glenmarie / Seksyen 13 is almist double of the rate in Setia Alam though

My working hour is 9 - 6. Need to know how bad is the traffic up to the Bukit Jelutong exit

Leave setia alam at or before 8.00 am

Nkve usually never jam except got accident. Jam only happen on subang jaya exit.

The jam happen from Subang jaya exit till near to setia alam exit

how much is the rate of setia for a 2r2b apartment?

Find room in terrace hse in seksyen 13..dnt stay in condo thr cos near msu etc...

frm setia alam to glenmarie u reli get stuck on d nkve..if u dnt mind travelling then i feel ok ut why rent those flats? cnt find ibilk in setia alam?

Its not just that, imagine having to pay RM2.20 one way every workday, plus additional spend on fuel. And that's before any potential increase in toll charges!

I can vouch that traffic on NKVE is usually smooth except for toll exits such as Subang and Damansara. And there's the occasional jam at the Shah Alam/Elite interchange

Ranging from RM800 onwards.

The traffic getting heavier and heavier. NKVE going to Jelutong from Setia Alam can be quite painful sometimes. You can consider condo in Batu Tiga, rental for a 3 rooms condo is approximately around RM1200 - RM1500. That can give you a peace of mind, no heavy traffic going to work and back and paying the rather expensive toll. Cheers.

Agreed. It is getting heavier all the time as the population increases. On some mornings, even the toll gates themselves are jammed

steven is right..i bliv u cn get a room in batu 3 new condo like alam sanjung fr less than rm550... save so much on petrol toll n Most important is TIME..nearby sec 13 got aeon mall n fnb also fr dinner time..can drive subang parade easy n fast..

Living in setia alam more suited if u hv a family etc!
